From sustainability leads overseeing climate goals to marketing and legal teams reporting to stakeholders, we’re excited to be rolling out multi-user access so that your whole team can join your climate journey. With this new update, each team member can now have their own login with role-based permissions to ensure that everyone gets the right level of access.

What’s New:

🏢 Organization-Level Access: Your CNaught account now supports organization-wide management, allowing multiple team members to collaborate under a single company profile

✅ Individual Logins: Each person on your team can now create their own CNaught account, all connected to your organization

🔐 Custom Roles: Admins can assign roles with varying permission levels, from full administrative control to read-only access

How It Works:

1. Login to your CNaught account
2. Click on the Settings tab and select Members
3. Invite teammates by email and assign their roles

As admins invite new members, they can assign roles based on their permission levels.

Role-Level Permissions:

• Admin: Manage organization members and organization-level settings, in addition to all Member and Read-only permissions.
• Member: Place orders, manage subaccounts and API keys, and customize public impact pages, in addition to all Read-only permissions.
• Read-only: View and download order history, impact pages, and reports.

Team members can also be part of multiple organizations - for those who want to manage both their company’s climate strategy and their own individual emissions, or who support multiple organizations through their work.

To create a new organization, simply click the ‘Organization’ dropdown and click ‘Create new organization’.
